Saturday 7 February

Greeting Supporters: (and to my new supporters: welcome and thanks)
So Friday night I was in C’ville and was “forced” to go to a Mexican restaurant and drink the world’s largest margarita and then “forced” to go to someone’s home and consume wine.  Then we played old songs until late: the old “do you remember this” game.  Therefore, I came rolling home around 10 this morning and was ready to walk by 10:15.

Damn, just like I was 21!

So our group gathers, minus Leader Flohr who is in North Carolina, and we are headed out the door for a short six-mile walk and the phone rings and it is Flohr checking up to see if we were walking!  Talk about not having faith in your followers!  We were seriously hurt.  But we had a great walk (no wind) and Sandra had a somewhat new route, so I got some new pictures including some of a handsome llama that was very friendly. And Roz is, at this moment, posting the pictures somewhere in cyberspace and maybe tomorrow I can tell you where.

Of course I'm handsome; who are you?

And now, at 2:45 in the afternoon, I am going to put this 21 year old to bed for a nap to recover from last night!  More tomorrow.

For Gayle:  “Ah, but I may as well try and catch the wind”.  Singer and writer:  Only hint: not this century.

[This is Roz butting in here: don't I remember it as
"Ah-buteye mayzwel trah an ketch th' win" . . ! ?

IF I DON'T, WHO WILL?
